  • The description reads "Go Carrie!" ???? Er, I think you will find "Go Carrie" got absolutely and totally owned in this interview, on account of the fact that the MP trapped her and then proceeded to run rings around her. She simply was not sharp enough to fend off that question, despite the possibility for a few diversionary answers that she could have given.

She just made herself look and sound like a rabbit caught in the headlights.

MP is a dick, but he outsmarted her.

  • Anybody got the clip of Carrie blushing while being seranaded on air by a violinist?

  • She was a bit unprofessional

  • ahaha, Carrie's co-worker seems gob-smacked after the spat, I suspect he's on 30k, must be the quality of the BJ's that count.

  • Since this interview Carrie Gracie was demoted to back office job according to the BBC. This is due to her unprofessional way of conducting the interview. When Lord Foulkes asked her salary she was suppose to have replied by saying that "the subject of interview is MP's expenses" but instead she made her self the subject by revealing her salary. Shame!!

  • The politician is right. The majority of politicians actually do their job, fair and square.

  • How much horse shit can you get for £380?

  • the cunt kept interrupting her. what a dick

  • & it is still corrupt so wake up!!!

  • She earns her lving & does not claim for her moat so what is your problem? Idiots!

  • @simjem

She just got destroyed by the interviewee and is clearly a lightweight so no She doesn't earn her money.

  • @simjem

Didn't you even watch the clip? She's completely incompetent and just got destroyed by the interviewee. So how can you say this is earning her money? She's a dullard and has no more political savvy than the average Britain.

  • @Acerimmer12 Of course I watched the clip! She is more savvy than most hence she is in the job & you aren't!

  • Gracy speaks Chinese fluently, well I say get a Chinese person who speaks English fluently pay them 40k a year,`jobs a gud un` sorted !

  • It worrys me such a person think 92 is almost twice as large as 62

  • 92, 000 to read a cue card.

    ...

    Holy fuck.

  • @Octavius0 Nice - but you do need to have a sound background in journalism before you apply and then they pick the best ones !!

  • @Octavius0 oh please...... they have autocues now haha

  • Carrie gets that as a salary and pays her bills out of it - she doesn't steal public money and claim everything on expenses like you lot. Don't you mean £62k plus expenses plus non existent properties plus non existent mortgages plus family salaries for nonexistent jobs plus ...............?????

Everyone of those thieving bastards should have been prosecuted.

  • @TOBERT001

It is a terrible act. It would have been better to see more prosecutions. It is technically fraud, How they managed to get away with it still a mystery.

  • @lobbotekka2019 Yes, you are right. How they try and justify their criminal acts is just plain sickening. It just shows that they would do it again given the chance. They are no more than liars and thieves. What sort of a message does that give to the whole country ?

  • @TOBERT001

That you can do what you want and get away with it if you are a politician or rich.

  • the awkward moment when the guy anchor realizes he is being paid less than a women !

  • £92,000, but she's rubbish. Still nice work if you can get it.

  • i want this job

  • That's not a salary that's HUSH MONEY.

  • @blackandproud75 And no one you know represents 100,000 angry constituents either ;-)

  • What a pugnacious pompous twit- Miss Gracie was absolutely correct in everything she says.

  • i think for the people whinging about her salary, you may be forgetting that her job, along with Paxman and the others is about holding Democracy to account, not to undermine it! The Expenses Scandal was a fine example of a free press holding Westminster to account! Good on the BBC and good on the Telegraph!

The BBC is in my view the best run Public Sector organisation in the world!

  • @thomasthepom2 92k a year for reading a teleprompter. yes, she deserves it so much more than those stupid doctors treating starving babies in the 3rd world. hoho harhar, god heavens you are so correct.

  • i think for the people whinging about her salary, you may be forgetting that her job, along with Paxman and the others is about holding Democracy to account, not to undermine it! • Comment removed

  • Her co-host can't believe she said that. Maybe she was getting more than him!

  • I don't like her!!

  • In America talking about your salary is taboo

  • I wonder how much the BBC Breakfast double act are each being paid. I mean, why have one presenter when you can have two at twice the price ? All courtesy of the tax payer, naturally !

Any organization that can afford to do that has too much of our money at it`s disposal.

  • Why the fuck does this bitch get £92,000 a year for this job? Yes, it's a relatively skilled professional job, but other than a degree level skill in journalism and some advanced presenting skills....what the fuck is this bitch doing exactly? Neither does she write her own script, neither does she utilise any investigative journalism skills from her comfy studio...all she has to do is read a few daily updates prepared by some researcher and then go on TV....wtf? most doctors and lawyers get less

  • @MrSHIZZLE4u most doctors and lawyers get less? what planet are you on?

  • @6anatolyy4. Afraid to tell you MrSHIZZLE4u is correct. I'm a doctor and earn considerably less than this. Solicitors also probably don't earn this much either.

  • lol beat off the chalenge... sory

  • The worst thing is that they are BOTH right

  • I hate this news reporter she is soo ugly like a pig

  • That guy's a twat! Great laugh though :D

  • Has anyone noticed that she smiles and smirks evilly when something happens to Muslims, like the findings of Muslims in the UK drinking contaminated Holy Water from Mecca with Arsenic in it?

  • The government sets the price of television licence, it's an outrage.

  • nice to see mp's exposed for the lying power hungry people they are, and nice to see a bbc employee exposed for having an inflated salary. thank you bbc fro paying your staff so well as i love paying rip off tv licience.

  • I agree, this makes me feel physically sick. Faulks feels free to be open because he's in the House of Lords and can't lose an election, but this seems to be a widespread attitude problem amongst MP's. As a member of the public, barely employed no less, I DON'T resent that lady's salary, it's the market rate for a difficult job, with the constant risk of a sacking hanging over her-like everybody else.

  • MP's, in contrast, once did their job's for free, and only began to be paid in order to allow ordinary working men to enter the House. Instead we've created a class of well paid and well pensioned professional politicians, who tend to think alike and talk in a bland way, and who, in addition, have become an interest group in their own right. They're only faced with the sack once every five years, and their individual performance has limited effect on that.

  • Of course she earns more than a backbench MP earns. She is doing a more worthwhile job and is far more qualified than most of them are, so why shouldn't she?

I think someone whose job is to keep us informed is worth more than someone who spends half their time voting for illegal wars, ID cards and Big Brother databases, and the other half fiddling their expenses.

  • )) So funny, the man stays cool, despite all the interruptions )

    92 grans - that's something!

  • He says MPs are paid £64,000. Lots of them were making illegal expenses claims which trebled their salary. She was working as a news presenter and quite naturally got the best salary she could, just like any person watching this video would. She did nothing illegal, MPs sponged off the taxpayer for decades.

Listening to Lord Foulkes smug, self satisfied opinions makes me almost feel physically sick.

  • Would you like to tell the British public how much the BBC pays you miss Gracie etc hilarious interview

  • £92K... what a disgrace.... fucking joke

  • Politicians get elected with false promises and fail to listen to the people. Politicians fail to balance the nations budget. All parties are guilty in such scandalous conduct. The average family manages their financial affairs better than those elected to manage the country. jsf

  • To skip to the part where she reveals her salary, press 4:55

Thumbs up for saving 5 minutes of your life :D

  • @MDEMONIC689

If she worked for another broadcaster, I wouldn’t have problem–the fact is she works for the BBC which is funded by us. Yeh I do think some presenters are high profile enuf to justify a high salary.

but I don’t think(maybe wrongly)people tune just to watch her, and believe there are other people who are out there who could do same job for less. Even if we just watch virgin or sky we are still expected to pay the full tv license, we should b allowed 2 see where our money is spent

  • I think the BBC is the least biased british news network. If you don't think so, I couldn't really care less.

  • I think 92k is a lot of money, probable could get 3 nurse salary out of that - or 6 more solider, and I am pretty sure each one of those jobs carries a greater "substantial risk of being assaulted."

maybe the BBC does make a large amount of money selling the news to other countries.

I think the BBC and all government funded organisation should be made to publish the job roles and salaries of every person who works for them, and a breakdown of any external profits that organisation has made

  • @l33t84

92k is a lot of money, but what would you have a newsreader earn then?, at what point would you say it is more than enough.

Lets pretend a soldiers salary was £1million per year, you'd certainly have a lot of soldiers because everyone would want to sign up for one year then fuck off.

Same with nurses or anything else.

£30k is the magic communist number, all communists think everyone should earn that number, they are obviously stupid aswell.

  • 92K? This shows the contempt the BBC has for licence fee payer's money.

  • on the other hand this idiot being interviwed grossly underestimated how angry the expense scandal would make the british people

  • Cary Gracie speaks fluent mandarin as well as being as very sharp presenter, she and her collegues at the BBC are worth £92,000, that's why the quality of BBC news is world leading.

  • @BritishArrow totally, agreed!

  • and im guna deal with IT ! yes dickhead david

  • £92,000 for reading an autocue. Fuck me - the world is upside down.

  • @J20M07: There's a lot more to it than that, TBH.

  • @Syniqal There may be a lot more to it. But there's not THAT much more that she deserves to be paid £92,000. I can't understand why you defend people who have more money for doing less!

  • @J20M07: Because she's a highly-experienced journalist who is used to coming up with questions on the spot and getting answers that actually mean something, instead of the usual rehearsed tripe that interviewees spout?

  • @Syniqal Yes, maybe. But she still doesn't deserve 92,000 for that. Why is it that she should be on that kind of money, when Nurses and Police officers, both vital to the economy and society, are on less than half of that? I bet she hasn't had to work today. To be honest I hardly ever see her and I watch the BBC News Channel quite regularly. I'm sorry but you just can't justify that kind of salary, I don't care how experienced she is. It's not fair.

  • @J20M07 They have to write the scripts I believe, that's what they have on the pieces of paper in case the autocue breaks down or something, if a breaking news story comes up then they usually do it off the cuff, not an easy thing to do.

  • @emwill02 I'm not saying her job is easy, my first comment was a bit flippant I'll admit. But her job isn't that hard either, and she doesn't deserve that amount of money - at all. She thinks she can justify it by coming out with ridiculous statements like "Oh I don't use phones at the BBC cos I know how important public money is...and stuff" She's as bad as the politicians she's criticising. Job cuts left right and centre, and we're paying her 92,000 for a 3-day week?! Totally unfair

  • @J20M07 oh for christ sakes, they dont just read the news, research it if your that bothered by their salary!

  • @WakingTheDemon04 No, fuck off

  • @J20M07 lol

  • I don't know... I think both parties win here! :D I think both parties should commend eachother with making great television, they're worthy adversaries, and they both have a point. :)

One little thing: yes, MP's talk about tightening the belt and cutting costs, but the money spent on (true enough, outrageous) claims is not a drop on the governments budget. Now that doesn't make it right, but the comparison is ridiculous.

  • yea fair play, I think the majority of people on here arguing about it are just jealous.

  • goood for us..............

  • GoodLass!

  • Fair play to her, why should she be ashamed of how much she earns

  • @section23promotions Because she is going around undermining those who earn a lot less public money than her and yet do more valuable work and a lot more of it. That's why.

  • the politician has a point there. they have a much harder job than the presenters and are paid far less. An Mp gets paid £65,738, the prime minister gets paid £142,500 a year. those wages hardly compare with the wages paxman and the like get. The expenses scandal was wrong but i recon there are loads of things claimed on expenses at the bbc that we just arent aware of .

  • One nil to Lord Foulkes there. Gracie lost the plot!

  • 92k -That's how important it is to the so called 'elites', that the general public is presented with precisely the information that they want you to know, and subsequently think exactly how they want you to think - and we are paying for this privilidge. THEY'RE NOT CALLED 'PROGRAMMES' FOR NOTHING.

  • Lord Foulkes is another fat, pompous, greedy Jock

  • Foulkes is an idiot... so self important! Where does he hope to go with the argument that there are more important things going on in Somalia? I'm afraid the British public have an interest where their money goes as well as other international issues.

  • Gracie is a joke. Her recent interview with Jake Adelstein showed her to be unprofessional and plain ignorant.

  • Foulkes was right

  • he just doesn't get it. lord foulkes is a numpty, always has been always will be

  • If you offered those people half of those wages do you really think they'd quit their job or be on the bread line? No and if that is the case then i'm sure you could get people to happily work for that kind of money.

  • this happens 10 fold in India. Public money is misused.

  • Glad Labour have fucked off. Carrie Gracie is one hell of a woman.

  • Carrie Gracie is one retarded individual. I believe her most retarded moment was during the BBC's live broadcast of the Beijing Olympic Opening Ceremony. She kept criticising the Chinese and their government, like there was no tomorrow. Gracie is seriously in need of help and, along with the BBC state tv, continues to belittle and criticise the Chinese. The only reason for this hatred is pure jealousy. The West can't stand that their little party is now being spoilt by China's success!

  • For a look at a model of the BBC News set, google "BBC News Charles Brogdon" and hit the I'm feeling lucky button.

  • Labour, Peer - shouldn't those be oxymorons?

  • @armandin2048 No - not unless you want the Tories and Liberals to have absolute control over one of our legislative chambers.

  • Carrie is one hot milf.

92,000K > good on yer gal. You tell him. Wah Wah, grandpa upset because he gets paid less than a younger woman.

  • havent seen her on the news since haha.

BRITISH PUBLIC PREFER NEWS ANCHORS THEN POLITICIANS. point proved

  • Such a tragedy we are losing the brilliant Lord Foulkes from the Scottish Parliament but he will surely feel more at home in the decaying splendour of the old folks home by the Thames. And of course their expenses regime is much less transparent which will help him to live in the comfort to which he has undoubtedly become accustomed.

  • 6:18 that guy's upset. he's just discovered that she makes more money than him

  • 6:30 That American speaker of the house Nanci Pelosi. What is she doing there?

  • I wonder what 'Lord' Foulkes is doing now? If I were his party leader I wouldn't trust him to go to the loo by himself. What a pillock. You backed the wrong horse in Michael Martin didn't you? Clown.

  • £92 grand FOR WHAT?! That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! .....but at least she doesn't make personal calls from BBC phones...o h well that's alright then... bleeding hell!

  • Well I get paid £175.00 per week ...6 days. 8 till 8.

  • 'Someone stole the information& sold it'... I definitily agree this is a huge problem, and also probably the one which is almost impossible to solve even if it's the one needs to be solved seriously as it is occuring around us just too much today. I wonder if there would be the positive answer to cut off this sequence.

  • God, she's fucking awful.

  • very nyc!

    dat carrie i mean lol

  • wow that's impressive~for me in Hong Kong, news report is much more boring then this~~

  • I agree with foulkes, the liscense fee is a tax and for her to get 92k ia a joke!

  • The man should get to the bloody point. Salaries mean nothing. This entire scandal was about expenses, not pay packets.

  • She deserves this for providing the appallingly biased commentary during the Beijing Olympics Opening ceremony. She was criticizing China at every chance she got. Probably because she works for the State owned BBC. I prefer to watch sky or CNN, instead of BBC state owned television.

  • Hats off to her for having the balls to reveal her salary and yes BBC presenters are paid far too much but they don't claim expenses do they? Suppose it doesn't matter now the Tories will ruin the BBC sure they might get paid less but it will turn into a bias piece of crap like Sky.

  • @oXSoulSilverXo The BBC isn't biased? They're a right bunch of leftie Labour-lovers!

  • @TopTellyFan Well they can be bias but not as nearly as much and Sky (come on you can't argue with me on that one) but i'd say the BBC seems more pro Tory even though they threaten their jobs.

  • @oXSoulSilverXo I think the BBC can't be pro-Tory as they want to break up the BBC, but I'm with you that Sky are more biased :)

  • @oXSoulSilverXo 92k BLODDY HELL and theres hundreds of these presenters LOL She aint even a good one LOL so I take it that the two of them sitting there is a total of 184 k ?

  • @oXSoulSilverXo

I literally can't believe you're seriously suggesting the BBC is pro-Tory, it's not an exaggeration to say that the majority of those who work there have Labour sensibilities - a large number of BBC employees were recently reprimanded for posting left-wing material on Twitter. Oh, and BBC employees do claim expenses, and almost undoubtedly abuse the system.

  • @TopTellyFan as Sky*

  • @TopTellyFan

The BBC isn't labour loving did you watch the same video as I did just now?

  • @TopTellyFan "leftie labour"? which century do you live in?

  • @oXSoulSilverXo I'm sure they have an expenses scheme. She said what her salary is, but not how much she might have claimed for the BBC to pay for ontop of it.

  • @oXSoulSilverXo Of course BBC presenters claim expenses. Do you think when David Dimbleby does question time in different places in the country he pays for his travel, lodgings and meals? They all keep reciepts and claim money back. Expenses is something that is common in many jobs. I'm not defending MPs false claims as the y are disgraceful but I think many in the BBC are hipocrites

  • @ anyone who is banging on about presenters being paid too much, research into what they do, they do alot more than just read the news, they write for the bbc, they write their own script most of them have editorial roles, they run the substantial risk of being assulted when reporting infield or covering a contreversial story. besides its an extremely rare and valuable talent to read the news to 7 or 8 million people every night, so calmly in the first place!

  • @oXSoulSilverXo Of couse they claim expenses, idiot! Do you think Dimbleby pays for his own hotels when he's doing Question Time? D'uh! Lord Foulkes is right. They are overpaid cretins, who dig & dig and bathe in their on double standards.

  • @oXSoulSilverXo - she earns far too much ? No she doesn't. 92K is nothing nowadays. Don't be silly.

  • @oXSoulSilverXo history shows us the tories make us a big pile off money and labour spend it all and more

  • Sounds like he's got something to hide - sounds guilt as fuck this cunt

  • Yes. and you too could be paid £92k or much more...if only you were any good at anything and worth it; which you are clearly not...at lest she had the balls to reveal her salary on live TV. I only wished she had offered to change jobs for a week just to see how easy this dick would find it to read from an autocue...let alone write his own copy, find stories to deadline; ask tough questions.

  • They are both cunts living off the tax payer. Fuck paying licence fees, stick to Sky subscriptions. 'Thanks to the media, it was all down to the Daily Telegraph'

  • They don't just read from an Autocue they're journalists

  • the country's fucked.....£92,000 to read from an autoque while a soldier gets little more than shot at.

  • @WhoTheGreat do me a favour stay in Switzerland, we have enough Minicab drivers here thanks

  • respond if you like, I really cannot waste any further time on deadbeats like you. Life is too short to waste any of my valuable life on bottom feeders like you. over N out

  • @WhoTheGreat what colour are you? from your "your picking on me cuz i'm Black" fall back argument, I assume you are black. Your the moron who made your half arsed comment about English white men. Being black if you are, does not exclude you from being called a Racist, Arseholes come in all colours. if you can't take the criticism, don't dish it out. Take the chip off your shoulder.

  • @WhoTheGreat Your not welcome in any Society, you sir are a Racist arse wipe. I know this, you too know this to which end we are in agreement. I don't think I will be quiet because some arse wipe flotsam off the internet suggest I do so today thanks.

  • @WhoTheGreat your the moron making inane comments about white men. Yes you are a Racist idiot. Better to keep your mouth closed and be thought a idiot than to open it and remove all doubt.

  • Foulkes is a good example of what happens when you get a place in the house of lords and can now look their noses at the riff raff living on a average salary of £18k. I think the BBC presenter Carrie grace was back footed when asked how much she earned. Does anyone else find it a little shocking that the BBC is paying a 3 day a week lower league news 24 presenter £92K a year?

  • @WhoTheGreat you are a closet Racist. you just like white women and are using some pathetic excuse to complain about white men. I don't blame you for liking white women, the whole world does. No one wants to get stuck with anything but a white woman, including most sucessful black/Asian men

  • I like brunettes, I used to like blondes when I was younger and still do but brunettes are better!

  • @HateFenians I am very Partial to a Brunette as well, Blondes no thanks, they tend to think their hair makes up for their lack of personality. ooooh controversial LOL

  • I'm 5'11 so I go for 5'4 - 5'7

  • and then Michael M. went:-) what a fine job he did of reform

  • Carrie Gracie.............Simplly Marvelous! Bravo!

  • £92K for Carrie's job is the norm at her level of experience. Personally I think she is worth it. That interview shows just how passionate she is about doing her job properly. Well done Carrie.

  • £92K for Carrie's job is the norm at her level of experience. Personally I think she is worth it. That interview shows just how passionate she is about doing her job properly. Well done Carrie.

  • one thing ive been curious about how much are they paid!

  • It's funny how the fact that there's "far more important things going on in the world" doesn't stop MPs from behaving like children in Parliament, making jokes and trying to get one over on the opposition or government instead of debating about what matters, and when something that damages the credibility of MPs happens, this guy is like "oh let's not focus on that, there's more important things"

  • what's has the fact she get 92k pay per year got to do with anything?

that fact is that they have proofed the mp has messed up, don't fucking point fingers at other people just because you have fucked up.~ fucking MP's are just full of shit~

  • WTF is he talking about slacking of the BBC~

He's is just a shit bag!!

  • Newreaders some years ago just read the news - nowadays they are fully fledged journalists. Anyone who has achieved fluency in mandarin as Carrie has is worth 92K. Well done Carrie!

  • @Derryhillagh So a "fully fledged journalist" who is bilingual should be paid more than an M.P? be a funny old world if you were in charge! Should any Chinese person who can speak English be paid 92K?

  • hey i will read words of paper and monitors for like 5 quid an hour.

  • £5 an hour its a lot more than that!!

  • News journalist's salary confirmed at 5.23. We shouldn't judge whether her salary is justified, until we know the amount of work she does as a journalist.

  • £92,000!!!! No doubt there are bonuses to be had on top of that too. No wonder my licence fee keeps going up, along with my taxes.

  • This Lord Foulkes pisses me off no end! How detached from reality can a person be? Why do all MP's try to 'dodge' questions at any cost. Regardless of her salary she was asking questions many of the public want answers to and he did his best to turn it around and attack her. What a sad pathetic excuse of a man.

  • fucking bitch why is she being paid that.. i would have thought £50,000 at a push for a news 24 presenter.

  • Comment removed

  • the fact that Doomsgay260 had to remove his comment shows that i am superior in my argument

  • lolsilly woman.

  • Well we all know that the best form of defence is attack! A common way of getting out of talking about the subject is to attack Carrie Gracie on her salary. I think its a shame she replied. I would have liked her to say my salary has got nothing to do with this subject because he turned the blame on her. TheZanipolo : you are SO right!

  • Both the Govt. and the BBC are paid for by tax. And I notice that on BBC Breakfast news they have 2 presenters. Heck - why have 1 presenter when you can have 2 at twice the price ? I saw one of them cough and ask for some water. Glass of water ? Oh no ! It was prime bottled water. Who`s paying for that I wonder ?

As for me, I find it all very hard to swallow !

    They all stink !

  • @morgandrim I totally agree its a bit like the Pot calling the Kettle Black, The staffers on BBC are also coining it in, I would like to see the BBC put out to Subscription and pay its own way in the world like ITV and SKY has to. The concept of a state run TV station in 2010 is outdated. Its was ok in 1949, but why should anyone be forced on threat of Prison to pay for a TV channel ? Time for change in Government and the BBC, IMO

  • George Foukes is an arse

  • Foulkes is a moron. He thinks 2x64=92

Anyway it's not about salary, it's about FIDDLING EXPENSES.

  • @TheZanipolo He said Nearly twice as much - but you are right it is about fiddling expenses. Now hands up if you are on expenses in your job or position and you haven't ever taken even a teeny bit more than you were entitled? Unfortunately it is human nature

  • @dravidwake 92 is not nearly twice as much as 64. All the employers I have ever worked for demand full written evidence - receipts etc, making it simply impossible to claim more than you are entitled to.

  • @TheZanipolo BBC salaries are just scandalous. 92K for appearing 3 times a week on day time TV is outrageous.

  • @markyboy26able yes they are - but that's a different issue. Carrie Gracie does not steal her salary in the way the MPs steal expenses money. The BBC should have its funding cut by at least 50% and the left-wing cranks who run it should be fired. But yeah, 92k for sitting in a studio is mad. The 50% we would save on the licence fee should be used to give every home in the UK ultrafast broadband.

  • @TheZanipolo

He's not a moron, she comes in 3 times a weeks, probably on air 5 times a month and is paid £92k, do you think that's fair to license payers?

He said it is "nearly" as much, not much difference in once lifestyle is they are paid £92k or £128k.

  • @Reqrezentin £92k is what Gracie and the BBC freely negotiated between them. She doesn't steal her salary - whether she is worth 92k for 3 days a week is another matter entirely (I don't think she is btw). But the MPs steal from the taxpayer - they lie about their expenses. They claim for mortgages that don't exist for example. Important difference,

  • @TheZanipolo

No the BBC steals. My license payment shouldn't go to a person who works a couple of days a week and gets 92k.

The MPs claimed a bit of this and a bit of that, they were wrong but at least they were held to account. This bitch is trolling the people of their money and the BBC is still not being investigated for unfair treatment of our money.

  • @Reqrezentin hmm...so if you think someone is overpaid you call that stealing.... That's not the definition in my dictionary. But it's an interesting question how/if the BBC is accountable to the licence payer - as far as I can see the BBC is totally unaccountable. It is a monolithic communist propaganda machine run in the interests of the Labour Party.

  • @TheZanipolo

Yes, I call it mishandling of funds. It's stealing on the part of of the BBC, not her, she can't just reject that payment (who would?). How is the BBC a propaganda machine in the interest of Labour? Did you watch the same election coverage I watched?
