And she's praying to God ("the man") who can mend broken hearts and "once upon a time". At least that's how I feel it.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, BUT....

this is the exact same video as 'Je Sais Pas'. As far as I know, there is no official video for Call the Man. Unless Sony decided to be super lazy and made the same video for 2 different songs (which, knowing Sony, would not be all that suprising lmao), this video was user-made. The Je Sais Pas video is included on the On Ne Change Pas DVD, if you want to check it out.
