i had a 3g usb dongle smack bang in the middle of glasgow witch according to 3 is one of their top areas for 3g signals, i did get the full 3,7mb that was advertise but for about 30mins a day then fuck all else it was disconnect randomly or just die.

if at any point i slipped over the limit by as much as 5mb they would charge me the price of a small hatchback even the upload was counted in the so called "download limit2 con artists , scumbags as bad as virgin media

Drop out is probably because you were using a dongle. They are awful! get a 3g router,dont know about this one but the Globesurfers are just like normal broadband.

@revShawn still have to use the three service m8 im not the only one that had it rough with them , random connections the lot, vodafone or tmobile better options and charge you kidney for busting the limit

I'm looking at the Mifi device as a backup incase my expensive Globesurfer should stop working. Dongles do drop you all the time well mine did.

I'm on 3 for £5 a month unlimited add-on. I take the sim from my phone and use it ;-)
