@NuttyYogurt well i THINK rosalie's surname was originally hale before she got married to emmett but she kept her maiden name because they go to school and well it looks more normal to not be married at that age, so she would have been rosalie cullen but she kept hale. when jasper joined the cullens, he started to pretend that he was rosalie's twin because they are supposed to look alike (blond hair etc.) so yeah at school and when humans are around they act as twins :-) hope this helps ;-)

She hadnt joined the family yet, but she saw a vision of the two of them with the cullens, so they went and found them, and thats how they joined. Jasper was so willing to join because he was so disgusted at himself for hunting so many innocent people, and found he could hunt animals instead.
