@SubZeroSkyLine Well with that box, it hit them pretty well. Would have hit harder if it was in a ported box... I used 1 of them in a ported box that I made and it almost hit as hard as the 2 sealed...

@SubZeroSkyLine Thats not too bad of a amp. Before this set up I had 2 hifonics brutus 1500d's running one to each of my pioneer premier W3001D2's... The amps held up awesome!

@getignited114 Hey actually im just gonna get 1 12" Alpine Type X subwoofer....it should hit just as hard if not a little harder than the CVR's....and considering it will be in a 2 cubic foot box tuned to 32 HZ it probably will play lower and louder.

@SubZeroSkyLine I'm guessing it would hit the same as 2 cvr's considering there is 24inches vs 12inches of area.. A Alpine type X will be pretty good by itself.. I was thinking about getting just one as well a while back

@getignited114 It would be close thats for damn sure....your right about the CVR's cause of the cone area. however I know the Type - X has more linear excursion than the CVR's = more output = more bass. idk it would be very close....also gotta remember how important the box plays a role.

@SubZeroSkyLine Yeah as long as you build a box big enough for it! Your more likely to be able to build a box correctly for 1 12 than 2. I just put 2 12" cvx's and 2 750.1's in my car and it pounds hard

@getignited114 oh shit thats nice....damn in the car audio world its so hard to make a decision for my third system....I was thinking of getting 2 12" Kicker L7's in a 5 cubic foot ported box tuned @ 34 hertz....I can't decide what battery to get up front cause I dont want one in the trunk...I was thinking a Kinetik HC1800 up front with stock alternator. the amp would be a Hifonics BRZ1700.1D at 1 ohm...giving 1700 RMS....then there will be dynamat for the trunk.
