you start with a couple of villies gathering food, gold ( silver or copper same thing)and wood. You build buildings which research stuff ( like at military buildings for ex.).

create a army, build up defenses and make a army to destroy your opponent. Its basically a strategy game. Also if you don't have it on sandbox the other opponents will attack you.
