in bristol many people go out of state to get fireworks. this year the sky wasnt lit up as much as usual, probably due to the high cost of everything. what someone does on their own property, while not hurting anyone is their own business. i say make all fire works legal but if for instance a neighbor lights your grass on fire, they are responsible for the damages. its real simple.
