  • Im glad you posted this..after hearing this sound in the woods across from my house...I swore it was a Mogwai! lol i think i really let myself actually think it was a cute little fuzzy guy that i could snuggle with! Lmao I never wouldve guessed it was an owl. I love the call it makes....talk me you do not think of a Mogwai when you hear this! ;-)

  • Finally, My friends and I would hang outside at like 1 in the morning during the summer and we would sometimes here those sounds and it would freak us out because it was pitch black outside and we never heard anything like it and now I finally know what it is now lol.

  • This is an Eastern Screech Owl. There are many kinds of Screech Owl, such as Whiskered Screech or Western Screech, but this is defiantly the Eastern Screech Owl's call. :)
