I've got pretty much the same setup as well... except for a hybrid, because I'm a student and don't have as much money :P.

Took me about 10-15 mins to get the hang of without wiping out haha..

so I'm guessing you must of done it for a little bit longer before taking the video :P.

But still really good :), much better than most of the other (very amusing) videos of people trying for the first time.

Customised mine with some bearings as well, which seems to give more movement when standing :)

Excellent - I have the same bike (#213) and the same rollers... was tricky the first few times I tried, but got the hang of not falling off now.

You need to take some of the spacers off the stem though ;-)

i work for halfords and i priced up one of the boardman bikes in parts to build from scratch and it cost nearly double what the bike is retail i knew it would be more but not by that margin lets hope you dont come off it cause a new frame alone is £570 lovely bike i prefer the ltd mtb myself with the green sram parts hope your enjoying you bike looks sweet

I don't think the seat overly low but I will raise it more once I've got the hang of the rollers!
