Cyclone12, I never said I liked the rule, but by definition of the rule it is illegal and was called correctly. If you want to argue that the rule is stupid, then I would agree with you. It's a dumb rule that doesn't protect anyone.

actually it was not called correctly, unless you are mentally challenged, need glasses or didnt watch the game you can clearly see that LJ led with his shoulder his head was to the tight ends left side so this WAS the hawkeye guys fault for leading with his head, oh i forgot hawkeye fans are too stupid and ignorant to see that their players were or are doing anything wrong so you'll end up replying saying still that it was called correctly or some shit like that

Iowa State got screwed on that call. The Iowa player leaned in with his helmet while the Iowa State player was leaning with his shoulder. This rule is being abused by referees. Ball carries are going to take advantage of this just like the Iowa player.

Ok well if if there going to call that then how about call on the person who initiated it lol there was nothing wrong with how he went in tackle him. The only reason there was any helmit contact was because the tightend led with his helmit.
