I notice that your doing extremy little effort on the bosses, I've never played a mage, i played a warrior and a priest 2005 and I can say i had alot more frequent and harder hits, but as i said, where really maged that underpowered?

Great vid...I'm bummed cuz I started playing when WOTLK was alrdy out and I wanna experience something like this so bad :( I did this raid with 10 of us and most of them were 80 and I was the only 60 and I was off-tank with my pally and It was stupid easy...but from what I've heard..back in the day it was way harder and epic. I wonder if ICC or Naxx Is as epic as this or BWL =/

@JarellGomez .. In classic it wasnt possible to pug this raid ...And if you compare to the small amount who was able to raid this in classic and compare it with how many icc pugs or naxx in 3.0 .... Classic was so much harder and challenging :P

@JarellGomez The entire game is now easier. Not just the raids. I was leveling a rogue the past few months, when I got to 20, I did my poisons quests. Then I realized blizzard kept the quest in the game, but you can just buy your poisons from a vendor. How weak is that? People can't do 1 quest to get poisons?

Everything is just given out now, it's a shame, but it's also not my game.

@Pr3lude9 the reasoning behind handing out things to people is because a majority of players are infact kids....they dont have the attention span to sit there and actually do a quest that can be made into a vendor item....I do foresee in the near future that poisons will either be made into a move/ability instead of an item (This isnt just for rogues....other classes will be getting some stuff made simpler for them too) But yea basically its all this Kids+NoAttentionSpan=easier game!!

Pre-BC was an absolutely beautiful patch... the raiding was fantastic and all bosses had a tenicity of making people go balls out balistic for a single down... this was the true meaning of raiding until BC came out as an epic fail twards WoW and made alot of people quit... Blizz, please make diferent servers used for certain patches!! haha

Well Vanilla wow was the best yes but BC was a blast, and my guild went crazy when we downed bosses like Mu'ru and Illidan and Archimonde. Plus the imagery and graphics were MUCH better in BC. It was WotLK that killed wow not BC.

@jifyum07 They took a lot of things away in tbc such as world bosses 40 mans not as challenging ( wich many ppl liked classic cause it was so challenging ) pvp ranks .. 10 + hour long Av's .. = epic...I'm not saying tbc was bad ... It's just not as epic as classic was ...wotlk tho ... It's so bad compared to classic .... And even comapred to tbc

ahhhhhh, the good old days of WoW. How i miss them so. I used to have a decked out mage then when BC came out i switched to Horde and became a BE mage. still playing though :D

This was made at the end of '04 and into '05. Your level 41 Druid bears no resemblance to what characters were capable of in the game at that time. A relatively small part of the player population was even trying or capable of this raid at the time.

You gave to have :"the attunement to the core" to get in and you also have to go through ubrs

yup its not at entire end but close to it and you have to get a core fragment RIGHT next to the molten core entrance and then you go back out side talk to the bloodelf that gave you the quest then your atttuned and can then teleport to molten core instead f walking and go thruogh all those mobbs

I made this a long time ago but was recorded using fraps (full version) and edited with Sony Vegas Movie Studio. As noted in the description I made this to show some friends that weren't playing the instance. The sequel had a little more pre-planning than you see here.

I'm impressed. I've only been playing WoW for 2 going on 3 years, started pre-BC, but I've never reached 60 in time, and therefore never have been able to do the old school raids, which I would have loved to see. I've got to say, great coordination from the whole raid and the video was done so professionally. I applaude you wholeheartedly. I know this video is old but have you done the other classic raids?
