@MehyarTV I think it's actually quite the opposite. If Eminem wasn't White he would never have been as successful. Even he has acknowledged that. Eyedeas was seriously dope.

If by 'hot', you mean getting radio play, it has more to do with marketing, advertising etc than actual ability. There are far more talented underground rappers than the number of 'hot' rappers on the radio.

where does each artist get to his attenion grabber and where do they get to the smarter lyrical part?

if it's a group, the attention grabber should probably go first, like how inspectah deck does on a lot of wu tang songs. The verses in the middle should keep the momentum to keep people interested, and the strongest verse lyrically should come at the end to bring it on home. That's just my philosophy on posse cuts
