    Too many people try to do different exercises just because they are different exercises.

    With that said, im sure the guy in the video can squat 25,628,192 x My 1RM

  • If I had to guess, I'd say that it works each leg (the back leg) harder than a standard good morning.

  • The farmer's walk is a test of grip strength and mental endurance, so I don't see where you got this correlation from. I'm not sure of the purpose of this exercise. It's a cool variation though.

  • The purpose of this exercise is to build strength in the lower back. Many lifters have weak points and many is the lower back which is very important. Good mornings help with the glutes and the lower back and this exercise also helps with your posture so you don't get a hunch back.

  • Have you ever seen a farmer's walk?
