8 lbs is a great start, but after the first 10lb are gone, it gets a lot harder. make sure you stay motivated, and don't lose hope if the weight loss slows down.

You have to choose your categories, make your entry video, then do 3 updates (one per month) then your results video august 1st. and you get the change to win prizes over 100$ each. if you want I I could call you and explain it better to you.
