How did you get all of them to have perfect charts?

@rust454- Do you mean the Capacity Core hexagons, or their HP/TP stats?

If you mean the former, you can get perfectly equal charts by switching around Capacity Cores a looot throughout the game. It's not really necessary, though, because certain characters only need to build certain stats- Guy, for example, doesn't need to build his Fonic Artes abilities because he can't cast any Fonic Artes. It looks impressive, but doesn't help much.
