Id like to call this a heavy spar but its more or less a rematch from the first fight they had (video is also posted). Brian has been training kickboxing and boxing for years and is far from an amature. Zach on the other hand is just athletic and enjoys a nice match like this. Things I did yet again, don't be afraid of punches, didn't work the body (probably my biggest strength I never use), use combos to create openings, and definitely not turn away. I researched the science of a knock out and its more of a rotational hit, so a hook or hitting a straight punch to the side of the head. Definitely need to just eat the punches for now on.
Both show good boxing techniques, but Zach got lazy or tired quite a bit. Brian has obviously studied exactly what to do against a taller boxer, and he carried out his game plan consistently. I gave him either 10-9 or 10-8 in the first (depending upon whether time had been called b4 the KD) and had him ahead in the second up to the KO. Still, Zach puts up a good fight, too, and it would be wonderful to see them go at it again. Thanks for doing and for posting. FIGHT ON!
