A quick tip, actually two quick tips: nr 1, when you can clearly see the balding crown like you do on this guy, the buzz cut will no longer work, it's time to shave that mofo, nr 2, don't over do it with the beard, it looks kinda creepy, and a bonus nr 3, you must, ... YOU MUST ... join a gym when you start going bald, follow my 3 step program and balding shouldn't be that big of a problem.

Sylvia: No, don't go with the grain or you're just setting yourself up for an uneven cut. Run the clippers against the grain to get a uniform length cut.
