Prior to his death he had complained of headaches and numbness in his hands.The cause of death was later determined to be due to a brain aneurysm, caused by complications due to multiple concussions and traumas to the brain. His brain is expected to be donated for research at Boston University. In wrestling

i met JC twice. IWA-MS Kings of Extreme, IPW Shocktoberfest, and IPW Rein of the Insane. When i met him at KOE he remembered us 3 years later.. when my bro and i met him at shoktoberfest and rein of the insane he referred to us as "his boys" he has left us too soon and JC was the nicest person ive ever met. I know him and Cash on a team against Trent and Rollin' hardcore tag team match. up in heaven. We're gonna miss ya brother. R.I.P. Buddy!
