Yes you right !!!! the Muslim women are repressed however, that head cover wont help much either in terms of achieving success.
In the corporate world there is no place for religious uniform and all kinds of religious dress code. Education leads to a job !! unfortunately the majority of Muslim women in arab world do not have a high education not even high school diploma.
No logic in what she says! If women want to go out to work it doen not matter if they cover their hair or not! Is she so obsessed with a pice of cloth that covers the hair only!
largecd777, did you even watch the video? Pay attention. She is not saying hijab is required in order for women to work. She is saying the women who wear hijab SHOULD NOT BE IMPRISONED and SHOULD BE FREE and encouraged to WORK and that having a career plays an important role in self development and boosts a woman's self esteem. The video is not promoting hijab, so much as attempting to empower the women who choose to wear it. There is no contradiction in being a muhajaba AND career woman.
Well obviously she's concentrating on headscarved women, shes a hijabi! That's what the video is about! I think largecd777 is missing the point altogether. Yes Kala is correct. That is what she meant. Her intended audience is muslim hijabi women, and their husbands/brothers etc; She means to direct this at hijabi women.
