  • do lots of drills, and try not to throw with a toeboard there, I have seen many bad spills because of it. Also push the ball across after you wind because its dropping low, a 1 turn the ball should be below your head on the high point, thats what I was taught. Nice finish though!

  • not bad for one spin. how far is it going?

    watch your release. notice how your arms are flying forward not up and out as you throw the weight. try to get a nice shoveling motion as you bring your right foot down and begin to push. hold on to that weight and throw it UP and OUT. not STRAIGHT and FORWARD

  • i thnik that this throw was around 40 to 42 we dont have lines and we dont measure our throws much in practice. i try to do 2 spins but i need to work on my footwork
