My dad was on a fishing boat with his friends in the late 80's/early 90's. They were out there in pitch black, Couldn't see shit. My dad and one other guy was sitting on deck talking when my dad saw something green coming for them.

At first he thought it was a huge group of plankton, but when it stopped under the boat, he and the guy saw that it was a perfect circle. It lit up everything with a green glow.

I think an important think to note is that most people who come forwards with UFO claims often appear to be nutters but the fact is that they are the only ones who have the courage to come forwards and speak. I know of respectable people who have seen UFOs who would never dare come forwards for fear of ridicule. They just dont tell anyone their story.
