Hey Teto Tails,

Thanks for the shout out and in answer to you question, I was at the Jazz Mobile which takes place in the Summer around New York and one venue is at the Grants Tomb and that is where I saw the cop having a great old time, anyway my thoughts were I would never see this again so, having my camera with me which I do to take what I call street photos and those prove to be the most unique, catching them off guard otherwise known as candid shots.
