It's from "Gamera Vs. Guiron", and as Frank comments, it is thoroughly indigestible. It has its moments, including a guest appearance from Michael Feinstein (played by Mike Nelson). I watched it yesterday and now I can't stop singing the Gamera theme. Fun!
It's hard not to smile when you listen to this song.
