There has to be a video of Tabajaras playing on CTV television on an afternoon talk and celebrity show in 1979. The guy who interviewed the celebrities was married to Susan Summers.
Me perdone si he cometido un error. Ken
If you play guitar you got to listen los indios Tabajaras. This is the realist guitar gets. Thank God for recorded music so that this can be listened to forever.
Friends, I am sad to report that Mr. Nato Lima passed away at 91 years old just recently. In the year before he died, he had completed his first solo album which has not yet been released.
Los Indios Tabajaras were the GREATEST guitar players in history, no one ever will be able to play like Nato Lima, no one will be able to replace him or get close to him. He is The Greatest Genius of the guitar of all time, for ever. Thank you Nato. Rest in peace.
My parents used to play their records when I was a kid. Then in the 80's I happened into a Hong Kong music store and was taken aback. I didn't know the name of the artists, but I had to have that tape! It is a well-worn cassette, for sure.
Beautiful!

@7jack7 You are right---a modern record producer could take this and sample it, combining a house beat to it--and actually make this into a hit.
