Merveilleuse vidéo vraiment :D J'ai remarqué un truc pour ton passe muraille: a 4:55 exactement, tu donnes un petit coup de pied de plus contre le mur ac la jambe droite pr pouvoir monter, en lançant la jambe gauche, tes deux jambes = ralentissement! tu peux supprimer ce mouvement en t'entrainant à lancer avec l'autre jambe !

Mais ce n'est qu'une observation. Continue, c'est beau!

brilliant stuff there, nice strong form on your climbs and love the precision flow stuffs, also - the wall run's after you sit down are very smooth, I can see it got harder as the running space became smaller. But very good :D x

You started moving! Your previous videos were mostly showcasing technique, and drills, whereas this was well put together and nice combinations and short runs. I definitely liked it, and starting from sitting is also a nice drill.
