Those are NOT Powerskips. Powerskips have bright yellow foot bindings and the springs are a pale yellow with thick, transparent protective tubing so you don't have to put tape on them.
Those are probably Powerisers, but they could also be a Flying Locust brand.

They look like powerskips, they seem to have to boot strap in piece... however she looks a bit wobbly on them!
