im in u13 A team in my school, i was a defender with the best shot in the team (reverse arials etc) these guys are really shite at hitting, i have now taking up goalie as i have asthma and seen this as an alternative, i am doing very well in training hardly letting an arial ball in and am working on dives and shit, basicly im better thn these girls who are rubbish... (hope i dont sound to smug just tellin them their shit, GO MCB!)
I'm a dutch goalie and i must say, you don't have any technics if you understand wat i mean. ever heard from de basic stuff? Like, lone on you're toes and hands up? and you're lucky that the most balls hit you're body.
i have to agree, i am also a goalie for my high school. i would feel guilty commenting on your pllaying because i dont know if im any better but those shots are incredibly slow!! when we get out the ball machine and its up at 50mph its slow compared to the shots my team hit.
