The video uploader knows this, and that's why he deliberately doesn't include it--he knows he'll get more views. It's alright for people to post amvs but lying about what it actually is just to get views is annoying.  And adding the (2) part makes it even more misleading because people might assume it means "part 2".

Dubbing is when they replace the Japanese audio into whatever language they speak. They do still Dub One Piece into English. New episodes are being released each week on Funimation's website.
