I usually use a bit of potato and carrot and sometimes, something that's in season but that meal looks tasty. I saw Liz cook at the WM Vegan Festival and it tasted absolutely gorgeous!
It's nice to know I cook my chilli very much like a pro but I picked up a few good ideas from this. I like a very hot chilli and (without wishing to sound crude), I have a hot botty the next day. lol
