Awesome indeed (one of the absolute top scenes of my favorite series ever), but for some context, this was not only the third patient dead because of Cox's desicion regarding the transplants, but the man who died at the end was also a long-time friend of his.

That said... Simply incredible acting - I don't know how he does it.
