My skin is smooth, were as four/five years ago there wasn't a smooth spot to be found anywhere on my face.
You are so brave to have shown us your (true) self at such a vulnerable state. I admire that, because my skin is literally 10x worse than yours (at its worst). I'm a woman of color and I suffer from severe hyperpigmentation (dark spots) ALL over my face. Hopefully by doing a Healthy Skin Diet customized to my personal needs I can have that beautiful, healthy, glowing radiant skin, too ^_^

hey i have a question :) i don't have that much acne anymore i mean it looks actually pretty good with make up on but parts of my face are really red especially around my nose. what can i do against it?
redness is quite common for alot of people and I still get areas of redness around my nose and chin - but a good way to counteract the redness is to blend a little green toned concealer to the skin before you apply regular concealer and that can minimise the appearance.

Wow I've never met someone with the same sort of pimples as me and in the EXACT same places. Did you find one side of your face was more prone than the other? I change my pillowcase constantly in case that's what it is.

Just a quick question, do you find that your skin still reacts 'hormonally' i.e. you get worse breakouts once a month? Or has the diet helped to reduce that?
I've never really had that issue with that time of the month - I think for me particularly stress and feeling down effects me skin.. oh and the occasional lolly binge.. but not so much anymore :)

I still do take flaxseed oil - I love it.. its got such a nourishing nutty flavour - I think it's super moisturising from the inside out more than having an effect on the metabolism :)
