really good! very suprised, you guysmanaged to catch the essence of the song - of course, you cannot duplicate plant's voice but the singer did a really good job.... drummer is excellent, although she got tired at the end, but wow. lead guitar was nice, but he played almost exactly the recorded version... your own individual stuff come nicely... rythmn and bass, solid.

btw - Been listening to Led Zep for almost 20 years and been playing guitar for almost the same amount of time...

If you are going to cover a song like Achilles Last Stand, a song that has a lot of effects added that you are not going to get from a crappy school budget, I think it is better to replicate Plant's live voice compared to his recorded studio one. It just has more of a "kick" to it when you don't have those echoes and added voice effects at your disposal.

I love this cover! The only real thing that is messed up is the bass. You really have to turn the bass up to get that driving (or galloping) force combination of the bass and drums. The singer isn't bad in his own right. Overall, this song isn't right without those fantastic bass lines.
