there should be a button that says insert or something once you find the file< that can get difficult :/ and i don't get mad if people ask me questions. i was there before! i KNOW how frusterating it is!

o i use windows movie maker, and if yo u already know that, go to tasks and insert video clips/ audio clips etc. hope that's what you meant!
