I think it'd be a standstill, or at least a really close match. Jack's a lot better and more creative at fatalities, but Travis has a greater repertoire of fighting moves.

Jack. He's gone through much worse shit than anything Travis has ever faced (minus the speed buster's city-leveling blast) and he actually takes fighting more seriously and not to mention if you gave him ANY weapon (especially a gun), he's a far scarier beast than Travis could hope to be.

If Jeane could almost beat him, then the Black Baron sure as hell might win. I mean he's got a larger variety of deadly moves than Jeane and he punches people at insane speeds even when he's punched by people at the same said speed. So that being said, he swipes Travis up in a tornado and sends him flying through the air and Travis is lucky if he even lands on the audience.

(just in case my last comment didn't get entered in): I'm tempted to say the Black Baron. He's taken huge blunt trauma, dismemberment, and impalement like a dozen times from Mathilda, which is something Travis couldn't survive (yes he's taken grenades and lasers, but he still cannot survive being mutilated).
