Here's the story with No Cash and Leftover Crack.

LOC is from NYC. No Cash is from Nazareth PA. The two bands did not know each other at first. But yeah, somehow they found out about each other, they played some shows together, and Stza helped produce the No Cash/Team Spider split, and Stza did guest vocals for Annihilation of a Nation. That's about it.
