I just installed a Burnham 85% gas furnace. The more efficient one had so much electronics that they recommended a yearly maintenace agreement. With the new furnace there is an option to have a waterheater attached that is heated by the furnace which I hadn't heard of before. The plumber was telling me that the hot water on demand systems are not as efficient as they advertise and have design limitations. Maybe you can sell the pellet heater and buy a solar panel. Interesting video/ideas

Hi Ames and Graham. The house looks great - at least it looks a lot better than when I saw it and the interior was only framed.
