@fdw412 hissers are NOT meant for all tarantula species man. They're only good for theraposa sps. and lasiodora sps. and MAYBE nhandu sps. They are extremely hard shelled and very quick to breed. Once the female has been mated, she will just go seasonal with babies. And if kept warm she will reproduce nymphs on her own. I suggest dubia roaches instead.
@fdw412 Not a problem man! Keep up the awesome videos!! Im also starting my youtube account up and getting some videos up.I have a few up already :)! Just for refferences, the information about
@kru0008 about hissers being bad feeders for most species of ts came from RobC and a personal friend that said that most ts dont like them anyway and she ended up selling the roaches rather than feeding them.
Awesome video. That little sling was so hungry, it scared the cricket right out of the cage. Those scorpions were cool too, especially those little babies on moms back. At least the one didn't go hungry, he got a drumstick. Do the striped barks do well communally? I've been thinking of adding some to my collection.
nice video man even know only 2 Ts wanted to eat it was still really cool that sucks the cricket jumped out of the enclosure cause I know how much that can be a pain in the ass cause that happened to me in one of my feeding videos but I got some good news I am getting a whole bunch of B. lateralis roaches in a few days so I never have to deal with crickets ever again I am so excited I can't wait.
yeah my azuraklassi just molted and my avic avic, a. metallica and i think the LP is in premolt so that kinda sucked for the feeding vid. thats pretty cool your starting a roach colony though
yeah I can't wait and thats so cool so many of your Ts molted in like a week or so when your ready to feed them again you should do another feeding video so you can get a little more Ts on camera eating.
hey man just some advice them babies can climb the plastic container yea i learned that the hard way.. one of mine got out of the little bowl i had them in its just one i aint to worried about it.. but they can fit in the smallest hole or crack.. but i still have 21 live babies lookin like they might be moulting into the 3rd instar sooo yea.. great vid btw lol i want your collection of t's
if you didnt see my first comment i said "hey! togo starburst, darn, thats what im getting you next time" but its not. i really really suck at common names, but the thing im getting you. it sounds similar to togo starburst. thats what got me mixed up

they actually do very well, I've got eight in one enclosure. you have to kind of watch them when feeding, they get VERY angry. i hear its a bad sting
