This your gameplay? Why gear Leliana in heavy armor? I find that ligt armor suits her perfectly. Medium would be as heavy as I'd go on her. The elf, on the other hand...

@Tounushi Thanks. Yes it is my gameplay, the armor that Leliana is wearing is a custom called "Armor of the Devout" you can find it at the DA Nexus.

My character was wearing the "Juggernaut" set at that time, she's an Arcane Warrior.
