  • All that wasted paper. Ugh. #Dalefarm Doesn't grow on trees, you know.

  • Your council are acting like ours did when they cut down healty trees in our town centre. they didnt listen to the locals and they came back and did it in the early ours of the morning. These bastards have to be shook by tghe necks to get them to listen. They hide in their ivory towers and feel impervious to anyones plight. Sack them and see how they like listening to the public then.

  • Perhaps Tony Balls would have had the courage of his convictions had he been wearing a KKK hood.

  • @newagemisfit My life has been drastically affected by the local Tony Balls and his mates. They had meeting after meeting, easy work if you can get it. They passed resolutions, took us to court, fined us and threatened us with bulldozers. One reason they do all this is because they get paid well for it without ever breaking into a sweat. There are other reasons. It's ridiculous to suggest this is racism when it's happened to so many others from different backgrounds.

  • That didn't look very good, Tony.

How many times have travellers avoided taking papers from the council? I've had eviction notices thrown onto the ground at my feet. Tonys playing the same game, refusing to take the petition. There has to be a falling back on all sides now. If it hasn't been done already all the rubbish seen on street view has to be taken to the landfill. When people see a big effort to tidy up around the edges of the site there'll be a swell of support.

  • @underterraingrunter If that's a factor then it might help for them to have a look at the pictures of the "green belt" when it was a car dump before the Travellers cleaned it up. -And worry about the extensive private construction work planned for large swathes of (real) green belt by the local authorities instead.

  • @NicosNicosNicosNicos Extensive private construction work all financed with fiat currency, encouraging people to get into debt. The planning regulations are there to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. This is the moment for us all to begin our little developments. If it doesn't have a detrimental effect on your neighbour go ahead with your extra accommodation, home office, workshop etc. Call for support if you meet opposition from local 'authorities'.

The litter is a factor. Deal with it.
