Fascism is by nature right wing. Communism is the fucked up left wing totalitarianism. It was popular in the left in the 30's and 40's, but is irrelevant now outside Cuba and North Korea. I agree the two extremes are equally bad, but they are not the same thing even if they appear to be sometimes. And neither label applies to anything Obama or Congress is going to have done while in power, no matter how much label slinging the right keeps doing.

Gee, I didnt think conservatives believed in the right to privacy. And the 3rd amendment deals with the quartering of soldiers in private residences during peacetime and wartime. And just what does healthcare reform have to do with the 5th amendment. So which is Obama a Socialist or a Fascist he cant be both. Yes well warrantless wiretaps, indefinite detention and the suspension of habeas corpus under bush didnt scare you clowns but suddenly under Obama theyre scary.
