She showed some interessed in him and in some episodes Ash did the same (I think it were some episode in orange islands). So I think I would go for Misty anyway.

2) In "A Togepi mirage" when they are attacked with Solar Beam, Ash and Misty are HOLDING HANDS!

3) In the "Right place at the Right Mime" episode, Misty waits for Ash in his house despite not knowing how long it will take for him to come home...

4) She kinda flirts with him later in that episode too :)
