They were waiting for the protesters. They diverted the marchers but only after they had a large proportion trapped in Brixton High Street.It made me sick to have witnessed such tactics. There was nowhere for them to go. It was s set up! They were enjoying the process too! Not the type to help an old lady cross the road!

When you look at this from an aerial view, you can clearly see that if those protestors would have stood more ground when the cops charged them than they could have easily beat them to a pulp.
