Um, in the '50's they had 3-D. So, perhaps then you could brag that you had a 4-D experience if the kid behind you was kicking your chair or someone threw up on you because they got motion sickness. IT'S JUST A PROJECTION! But advertising is about smoke and mirrors. So, bring it. The real advertising is in how you sell it, because we really need nothing and it's all a game.

thats not new , but it got so much attention because they spent alot on advertising for it, this is wat we call " architectural projection mapping " iam trying to get around it, i tried something like that, projected visuals on a huge rock in the middle of the sea in a rave party outside beirut it was lovely,

and its 3D perhaps they added the 4D to trigger curiosity and i guess as someone mentioned before they added the scent which makes the whole experience more intense :)

Not sure why they are calling it 4d. I've read it was because they were coordinating scents to be in the air with the images, but I have also read that because the image was projected on a building it was called 4d. Anyone actually know why?

I went to a performance that was not 3D nor even 4D but FIVE D. The performers were people, you could see them as if in real life! Actually it was in real life. And the effect continued, when leaving the theater the passers by in the street also appeared to be in Live Five D! Overwhelmed the senses such reality.
