My father used to work with General Westmoreland back in the early 60's. Hop on to Google Earth and check out the base I tagged some time ago located on the west coast of Greenland. It's very much in the middle of no where. The only distinguishable feature is a lone airstrip. The rest of the base is hidden.

Reg, I own two HiPoints, the 9mm and .40 s&w. For the money they are decent weapons. Not my go to handguns, but they are there if I need them and reliable. Many low budget sherriff dept. use the 9mm,. 40 and .45's. Even the carbines that are available. Ugly and heavy but get the job done.

There is nothing sinister about deep underground vaults. People get half the story and their imagination runs wild with the rest. If one wants, they can even own a bunker of their own. There are underground facilities public and private; most abandoned missile silos have been sold and some in fact are made into housing for those seeking shelter against any number of atrocities. Most of the government owned facilities will never be spoken of; in fact their locations are a matter of national security... what it amounts to is continuity of government. Having the space to house those paramount to keeping the republic in place.
