With editing, I could see this video going somewhere, but as it is, it looks like they just threw in some random effects before they decided to scrap it. It might also be a Jesus of Suburbia outtake. Either way, I have no idea where they were going with the attempted lip syncing. Why would Whatsername be singing about herself?

She also co-starred in the Green Day video Jesus of Suburbia (she does not, however, play the character Whatsername, since Jimmy does not meet Whatsername until he leaves home, which he does at the end of the song) particular reason I posted this is because I says Kelli Garner wasn't Whatsername because Jimmy met her after he left not before
