Had to watch this 3 times to get clear (I think) on the concept. So the purpose of the initial printing on the large board was just to allow you to position the copper-clad correctly? Any idea how many printers this actually works with, and which ones? And are you saying that regular black ink from an inkjet printer will resist the acid that etches the board?
I think you should first describe what you will be doing, otherwise you have everybody guessing, looks interesting but don't have to time to decode.
