it wasnt a fantasy he did really kiss her, she was infront of him talking about carrie i think and he fantasized about her being in the lingery. and kissing her which he did. (does it make any sense? try to see the clip before it)

@courtney1942 It's not a fantasy scene; John was fuzzy from some mind control thing Kristen used and when Marlena showed up at his hotel room, John kissed her! If that doesn't make sense, look up "The Pillow Baby 9" that whole scene including the kiss is in it! In fact that whole s/l is on johnmarlena's channel! Hope this helped!
