Parkour is not about crazy idiot stunts like that, parkour is about getting from Point A to B as fast as possible. WITHOUT DYING IN THE PROCCESS. Get it? If you die, you don't get to Point B. Ever.

@seanyboy107 Why does David Belle roll well? Because he has had so much practice. That being said, there are much larger forces at work here which are acted on the body through a shorter time interval. It's doubtful that anyone would be able to execute the most efficient roll on the first 3 story jump.

I'd love to see the Yamakazi watch this, and point out how their doing this only for media attention, its not effiecient at all or safe, especially since they needed mat's to do it, and how you can easily break your legs or even more plausible, die from something like this which should only be performed in movies as a stunt, because thats all it is, is a silly stunt.

It's not parkour because of the mindset behind it. It was a fully media fueled jump while parkour is fueled by a desire to find a perfect means of moving from point A to point B. The existence of the mats and thinking that he was ready have nothing to do with why this is not parkour.
