It is my buddies car and it is completely stock. With respect to the sound I have no idea. It is a Canadian car but I would't assume Mercedes would change the exhaust for different regions.

@onilidan Ill tell why. I thought the same thing when I first heard this video. Its because the c classes cabin is so well insulated that you can't really hear the exhaust but from outside it sounds sick if you have someone else rev it for you to hear yourself.
