An instrument of that size will give you a lot of punch in both treble and bass. Nice to see a vorsetzer still in use; haven’t seen a working one in years…. It will be difficult to voice the old hammers if they have been emptied of tension.

Before you decide to re-felt the hammer set I would have a look at the some of new sets coming from Renner (Wurzen AA) and Abel (Naturals). Good tone from the Ibach at the moment James.

WOW that Superb! I think that the black vorsetzer he had befor playd a little better , thought;) But this one is great! i heard about the piano project , go for it it must indeed be a great piano! and the push up is getting better and better!
